• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with customers, suppliers and co-workers.**What You'll Do*** Assist with customer quotes, pricing, and idea presentations.* Enter promotional product orders accurately into an order management system.* Manage orders from entry through delivery confirmation.* Coordinate customer projects with Sales, Receiving, Fulfillment, Shipping, Accounting, and other internal departments.* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.**What We're Looking For*** Promotional products experience preferred, but not required.* Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of experience in order entry, order management, customer service, or accounting support.* Experience working in an ERP or order management system.* Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.* Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.**Work Schedule & Location*** Full-Time, Salaried Exempt* Monday-Friday.
