Job summary

Impact Solutions, Inc. in Lansing, Michigan is seeking a Promotional Products Coordinator to join our team. You’ll work with the sales group to research and source promotional products, develop creative recommendations, coordinate projects, and collaborate with vendors to bring brands to life.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and strong organizational and communication skills. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Previous experience in promotional products, marketing, customer service, sales support, purchasing, or project coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Research promotional products to align with client goals and budgets.
• Coordinate product samples, orders, shipments, and expenses.
• Develop presentations and proposals to support the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; communicate pricing and timelines.
