Job summary

Live Nation is seeking an Associate, Business Development to grow the Promoted Ads segment for Ticketmaster's advertising platform. You will blend prospecting, client support, and marketing coordination to keep the pipeline clean and moving, enabling directors to focus on growth.

You will become a subject-matter expert, lead demos, and translate client needs into product feedback. This role offers exposure across product, marketing, and finance functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline-management platforms such as Monday.com or Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through abilities; detail-oriented.
• Analytical aptitude to pull and interpret basic performance data.

Responsibilities

• Grow and support the business development function for Promoted Ads.
• Lead product demos and discovery calls; tailor solutions to client goals.
• Research, qualify, and prioritize prospective clients and onboard self-serve users.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and next-step data in the CRM; assist with billing and invoicing.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Finance.
