Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is hiring an Associate, Business Development to grow Promoted Ads, Ticketmaster’s advertising platform. You will prospect, support clients, manage operations, and coordinate with product and finance to move opportunities forward.

Demos, discovery calls, and client feedback will shape the roadmap. You’ll become a subject-matter expert on Promoted Ads, build trusted relationships with event marketers, venues, and teams, and support go-to-market efforts and billing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, marketing, or related field.
• Curious about event marketers and their goals, with ability to build trusted relationships.
• Comfortable learning Promoted Ads product and translating it for different audiences.
• Confident in client-facing conversations, including product demos and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, with reliable follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and prioritize prospective clients and onboard self-serve users.
• Support initial outreach and communications to prospects.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM.
• Lead demos and discovery calls tailored to client goals.
• Act as voice of the client to Product for feature requests and feedback.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Ad Ops, and Finance to support client needs.
• Assist with beta tests, feature launches, and GTM enablement.
• Translate campaign data into recommendations and upsell opportunities.
