Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student at Albright College.
• Must be reliable, maintain confidentiality, and have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with students, mentor First Year students, and support college staff.

Responsibilities

• Receive and screen incoming calls and handle correspondence and forms.
• Greet students and visitors and assist as needed.
• Support college departments and event preparation.
• Assist with Lending Library/Loaner laptops.
• Maintain office bulletin boards and signage.
• Assist with Peer Allies mentoring program.
• Create flyers for Promise Scholars events (Canva or similar).
• Make copies, scans, and campus errands.
