Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan meetings and events.
• Maintain security by following established internal control procedures.
• Understand, support, and explain rules as set forth by the Department of Education.
• Responsible for conduct and discipline during events.
• Maintain appropriate professional conduct towards the community.
• Motivate students to improve and work to increase morale; promote participation.
• Use proper procedures when ordering equipment and supplies.
• Maintain appropriate public relations with media, support groups, parents, and volunteers.
• Promote the activity, event, or group within the school and community.
• Promote school and community spirit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
