Triton High School is seeking a Prom Advisor for Spring 2027 to lead the planning and execution of the school prom. You will work with the student prom committee to determine themes, manage the budget, coordinate venues, vendors, and safety measures to create a memorable event for attending students.

Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate the Triton High School Prom for Spring 2027.
• Lead a student prom committee and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety, decorum, and compliance during the event.
• Coordinate with administration, custodial staff, and district finance.

Responsibilities

• Form and guide the student prom planning committee, facilitating regular meetings.
• Empower student leaders to design ideas and fundraising with oversight.
• Assist students in selecting themes, decorations, invitations, and music.
• Coordinate venue, vendor contracts, and security.
• Organize pre-prom activities, grand march logistics, and post-prom coordination.
• Manage ticket sales and seating arrangements.
• Recruit and lead chaperones; ensure safety and compliance.
• Serve as primary on-site contact during the event.
• Communicate schedules and policies to students, parents, and staff.
