Job summary

Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking an Administrator – Projects & Warranty to join our Pogo Operation in Delta Junction, AK. This full-time role focuses on coordinating project documentation, warranty processes, and ensuring contractual obligations are met while supporting project delivery in a fast-paced mining environment.

You will maintain records, track milestones and deadlines, and liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor in Business Admin preferred.
• Experience in administrative roles, preferably within project management or warranty administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and correspondence.
• Coordinate warranty claim processes by liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Track project milestones and warranty deadlines, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports related to project status and warranty activities for management review.
• Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication and ensuring adherence to project and warranty procedures.
