Job summary

Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Projects & Reliability to join the Pogo Mine team in Delta Junction, Alaska. The role leads reliability engineering, project management, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement across processing plant and site operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering, or related project roles.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering concepts and maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency with CMMS like Pronto and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability, projects, and condition monitoring initiatives across plant and surface operations.
• Manage PdM/PM programs, root cause analysis, and capital project delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management for projects.
• Mentor engineers and driving safety and operational excellence.
