Job summary

Northern Star Pogo Mine in Alaska seeks an Administrator — Projects & Warranty to organize contracts, schedules, and warranties. The role supports project teams and clients, ensuring accuracy and timely communications in a fast-paced mining environment.

You will track warranty claims, deadlines, and reports while coordinating with multiple departments to uphold contractual obligations and safety standards. This is a permanent, on-site position at the Pogo operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor preferred.
• Experience in administrative roles, ideally in project or warranty work.
• Strong organization with multitasking and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with PM software helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project documents, contracts, schedules, and correspondence.
• Coordinate warranty claim processes with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track milestones and warranty deadlines; provide status updates to managers.
• Prepare reports on project status and warranty activities for management.
• Support cross-functional teams by ensuring adherence to procedures.
