Job summary

nVent is seeking a Projects and Services Manager II in Texas to lead the delivery of multiple complex projects across our global operations. You will organize teams, set schedules, manage budgets, and drive on-time delivery while upholding quality and safety standards.

  • 5-7 years of project management experience and 2+ years leadership experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience handling complex construction projects and managing alignment with customers on preconstruction deliverables and schedules.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with quality, field service and engineering teams.
  • Results orientation and motivation to ensure all related parties have what they need to meet on time project delivery.
