You will lead cross-functional collaboration with portfolio leaders and colleagues in Grants Management, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Communications, and Talent; develop dashboards, milestone tracking, and repeatable processes to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least three years of operations, program or project management experience.
• Experience overseeing the operational lifecycle of grants and contracts, including workflows, documentation, approvals, reporting, payments, compliance, and closeout.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and executive-level reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate strategy into clear actions.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Quality Coaching integrated operating plan with milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, templates, and cross-team alignment.
• Create dashboards and logs to provide timely visibility into progress and performance.
• Coordinate with portfolio leads and cross-functional partners; surface risks early and drive follow-through.
• Establish project-management standards and support teams in applying tools and processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen communication, including AI-enabled tools.
