Job summary

Strada Education Foundation seeks a Project Manager, Quality Coaching to translate strategy into integrated plans and provide disciplined operational leadership across initiatives, grants, contracts, resources, and rhythms.

The role collaborates with portfolio leaders and colleagues across Grants Management, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Communications, Talent, and other departments to ensure timely execution and strong visibility of priorities and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least three years in operations, program or project management.
• Experience overseeing the operational lifecycle of grants and contracts.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to translate strategy into integrated plans, dashboards, and clear accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated operating plan for the Quality Coaching portfolio with milestones and owners.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, calendars, templates, and progress reporting.
• Create and maintain portfolio dashboards, decision logs, risk trackers, and related tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional work, surface risks early, and drive follow‑through.
• Manage grants and contracts operations, including calendars and records for leadership visibility.
• Prepare executive updates and materials in collaboration with senior leadership.
