Responsibilities

• Oversee the Projects Engineering department and staff.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; plan strategic goals.
• Provide engineering and project management support for generation facilities and DEC.
• Solicit and evaluate bids; manage vendor relations and contracts.
• Ensure safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness and on-schedule delivery of projects.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with operations, construction and contractors.
