Job summary

FreightTAS LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Intake Coordinator who serves as the first contact for patients entering our home health care. You will manage referrals, initiate the intake, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations.

Collaborating with physicians, hospitals, and case managers, you’ll enter patient and physician information into Kinnser (WellSky), support staffing needs with the Patient Care Coordinator, and ensure timely admissions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of intake experience in home health care.
• Strong knowledge of AIDEN/AIDA and Kinnser/WellSky.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
