Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to manage technical aspects of an Advanced Manufacturing portfolio. You will coordinate with clients, trade partners, engineers, and architects, and support planning, scheduling, estimating, and document control throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes on-site coordination with a strong focus on schedule adherence, cost control, and collaboration to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes on complex projects.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years experience as engineer/project engineer or similar in construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and project administration.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications; proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Project Managers in purchasing, scoping and take-offs.
• Prepare and forward submittals; ensure compliance with plans/specs.
• Support development and updates of project schedules and subcontractor detail schedules.
• Lead development of project plans and monitor material deliveries against schedule.
• Review change proposals and negotiate with trade partners.
• Coordinate drawings with Project Manager and Superintendent; draft change orders.
• Solicit prices from subcontractors and suppliers; perform scope take-off and cost estimates.
• Lead project close-out; assemble manuals and turnover documentation for owner.
