Job summary

Hut 8 is hiring a Partner of Projects Accounts Payable to own end-to-end AP for data center development projects. You will oversee PO-driven workflows, invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations across multiple sites and entities.

The role requires 8+ years in AP and 3+ years of team leadership, with ERP fluency in NetSuite and Ramp, strong Excel skills, and public company/ SOX experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive AP/ accounting operations experience.
• 3+ years leading a team in AP or accounting.
• Experience with PO-driven workflows, vendor onboarding, and multi-entity spend.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AP for data center development projects.
• Lead PO matching, invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.
• Manage vendor onboarding, banking verifications, and new entity setup.
• Provide month-end close support for project accruals and aging.
