Evaluates projects for strategic alignment, funding, feasibility, risks, and readiness.
Maintains project governance, templates, records, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Supports vendor analysis, demonstrations, contract considerations, and integration requirements.
Compiles project documentation and provides status updates to management and stakeholders.
