Job summary

ITAC, a nationwide engineering and construction firm, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex capital projects across multiple disciplines. The role emphasizes scope, schedule, budget control, and quality for successful delivery.

ITAC offers ESOP benefits and a collaborative, growth-focused environment. The position supports projects from Raleigh, NC or Greenville, SC, with a base salary in the range of $170,000–$200,000 and a strong emphasis on leadership and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from ABET accredited institution in Engineering or Engineering Technology, Architecture, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Extensive multi-discipline project design experience.
• Extensive check-out, commissioning, start-up, and construction support experience.
• 15+ years of experience in industry as an engineering/construction project management role.
• 10+ years in an organizational leadership/supervisory role requiring direct, regular project communications with clients.
• PMP or Professional Engineer Registration

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct a project team’s engineering, design, procurement and construction efforts to meet objectives.
• Ensure project principles, practices, and guidelines are applied for efficient and safe resource use.
• Identify weaknesses and implement process and personnel improvements for project performance.
• Cultivate new work with clients and pursue additional opportunities for services.
