Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Project Team Leader to drive large capital projects from concept through startup. You will coordinate business, engineering, and external partners to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

The role requires a strong track record in capital project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across functions in a fast-paced environment. On-site Wilmington, DE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–10+ years of project management or project leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading capital projects up to $10M in value.
• Experience managing engineering firms, contractors, suppliers, and external partners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
