Milwaukee Tool is seeking a seasoned Program Leader to orchestrate enterprise-scale initiatives in dynamic environments. You will define strategy, create roadmaps, and deliver actionable plans while aligning diverse stakeholders and ensuring impact across functions.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, and executive communication skills to drive change and sustainable outcomes. A PMP/PMI-ACP and 7+ years of experience are preferred, with a focus on transformation programs.

• 7+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.
