Our staff of Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Security Consultants, and Surveyors work together in an enjoyable work atmosphere where the employees’ goals are as important as the corporate goals.

These positions are responsible for transforming raw field data, survey notes, and legal descriptions into precise technical drawings, maps, and official survey plats. • Process Field Data: Import, reduce, and manage electronic field data (such as CSV, GPS coordinates, and data collector files) into CAD platforms; process digital terrain models (DTM), surfaces, and contours.
  • Conduct Record Research: Search and interpret public land records, deeds, historical plats, land titles, and municipal right-of-way data to help establish property lines and resolve boundary discrepancies.
  • Read & Interpret Legal Descriptions: Review, interpret, and write metes-and-bounds legal descriptions for land acquisition or easement efforts.
  • Quality Control & Revisions: Revise drawings based on QA/QC redlines, reviewer comments, and municipal feedback, ensuring absolute compliance with local ordinances, state-mandated drafting standards, and company workflows.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with field survey crews to clarify field notes and coordinate seamlessly with project engineers and surveyors to meet strict design specifications and project deadlines.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Archive and organize digital drawing files, project folders, and reference systems (such as Autodesk Vault) to ensure efficient retrieval and future reference.
