Qualifications

• Experience with ALTA surveys, subdivision maps, and construction staking.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze field data and produce accurate deliverables.
• Knowledge of surveying standards and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and analyze boundary data to support survey projects.
• Assist field crews with calculations, guidance, and clarification.
• Perform survey research by reviewing records, maps, and legal documents.
• Prepare ALTA surveys, subdivision maps, legal descriptions, and staking calculations.
• Conduct data analysis and mapping using Civil 3D to create deliverables.
• Coordinate tasks with project managers and communicate progress.
