Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, managing survey projects and staff while ensuring quality and efficiency. The role requires proficiency in Trimble equipment and AutoCAD, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• PLS in Texas with 5+ years’ experience.
• Highly motivated with ability to work in a team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage survey staff of 5 senior Survey Party Chiefs.
• Provide project management and technical oversight for surveying efforts.
• Mentor and train survey staff and ensure quality control.
