Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years land surveying experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of surveying concepts and methods.
• Highly motivated and a team player.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Experience operating Trimble robotic total stations and GPS equipment.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs surveying assignments and provides data on land features.
• Operates and maintains surveying instruments and data collectors.
• Use Trimble field equipment and data collection software.
• Download/upload survey data to office systems.
• Mentor and train staff as needed.
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
• Assist in preparing survey drawings using AutoCAD.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
