Job summary

Cude Engineers in Texas seeks a seasoned Surveyor to lead boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, easement, and subdivision surveys. You will research deeds, plats, title commitments, easements, and public records; perform meticulous calculations and coordinate geometry analysis; and prepare metes-and-bounds descriptions and exhibit drawings.

This role requires 4+ years of surveying experience with SIT, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center, and the ability to manage multiple

• Strong knowledge of boundary analysis and land development surveying.
• Experience preparing plats, easements, and survey exhibits.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
