Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the Surveying and Construction Industry required.
• Land Surveyor (LS) or equivalent is required.
• Ability to manage field crews and schedule equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex survey duties for construction stakeout.
• Conduct research on historic maps and land records.
• Prepare survey computations and staking/control exhibits.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of land surveying operations

Proficiency in reading engineering plans

Education

Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates Degree in Civil Engineering
