In this role, you will perform complex survey duties, including construction stakeout and boundary surveys, while leading a team and ensuring quality control. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of 6 years in the industry, is required. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Surveying and Construction Industry.
• Land Surveyor (LS) or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex survey duties for construction and boundary surveys.
• Research historic maps and land title reports.
• Complete boundary reductions using CAD software.
• Prepare survey computations and staking instructions.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of land surveying operations

Proficiency in AutoCAD C3D

Strong communication skills

Problem solving techniques

Reading and interpreting engineering plans

Education

Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates Degree in Civil Engineering
