VIKA Maryland in Germantown or Beltsville, MD is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our civil surveying team. The successful candidate will handle boundary, topographic, and construction surveys on a variety of private and public-sector projects.

This role requires 3–5 years’ office experience, proficiency in Civil-3D AutoCAD, and strong communication skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, team-oriented office

Competenze

• Minimum of 3-5 years' office experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of boundary and topographic surveys, record plats, legal descriptions, and construction surveys.
• Proficient in Civil-3D AutoCAD.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Motivated to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare survey documents including ALTA surveys, metes & bounds descriptions, record plats, topographical surveys, and construction cut sheets under the supervision of a professional surveyor.
