VIKA Maryland, LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join our Beltsville, Maryland team. The candidate will contribute to a variety of private- and public-sector surveying projects and work with the latest surveying technologies.

The role requires a Professional Land Surveyor license (LS or LST), 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.

Competenze

• Professional Land Surveyor License (LS) or Land Surveyor In-Training License (LST) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience.
• Proficient with Civil 3D and AutoCAD for field and office work.
• Strong knowledge of land development surveys and construction stakeouts.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and driven to succeed; able to work in a multi-disciplinary, team-oriented environment.

• Carry out research and review of boundaries, plats, deeds, easements, and title at local, county, and state levels.
• Collaborate with title and utility companies and local governments to support project approvals.
• Prepare field documentation and calculations of horizontal and vertical control.

We are currently seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our Beltsville, Maryland team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects involving all aspects of private- and public-sector developments. Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following technical and practical abilities to effectively thrive in this position:

• Professional Land Surveyor License (LS) or Land Surveyor In-Training License (LST)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Experienced with Civil 3D, Auto-Cad
• Proficient in land development surveys and construction stakeout
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed

Responsibilities

This position will require carrying out the following assignments and roles:

• Perform detailed research and review of boundaries, plats, deeds, easements, and title at local, county, and state levels

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.
