VIKA Maryland is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our Germantown or Beltsville, Maryland team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of private and public-sector developments, applying advanced surveying and geomatics techniques alongside a team of professionals.

The role emphasizes boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, record plats, and clear communication within an interdisciplinary office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ office experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of boundary and topographic surveys, record plats, legal descriptions, and construction surveys.
• Proficient in Civil-3D AutoCAD.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Motivated to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey documents including ALTA surveys, metes & bounds descriptions, record plats, topographical surveys, and construction cut sheets under the supervision of a professional surveyor.

VIKA Maryland, LLC is a leading Survey, Civil Engineering, Planning, and Landscape Architecture firm in the DC metro area. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our Germantown or Beltsville, Maryland team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects involving all aspects of private and public-sector developments.
