Responsibilities

• Assist with project plans, programmes, budgets, risk registers and progress reports.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain records of actions and decisions.
• Monitor milestones, costs, resources and deliverables.
• Support preparation of project documentation, tenders, schedules and presentations.
• Identify issues and delays, elevate concerns, and help implement solutions.
• Coordinate communications between project stakeholders and track changes.
• Support procurement and contract administration; ensure policy compliance.
