Position Overview

The Project Support Coordinator provides project-specific support and management for material handling and control of all materials/tools provided by our district yard and the projects it supports. You will support critical construction projects through efficient inventory management and system support throughout multiple project lifecycles. The role combines hands-on fieldwork, system proficiency, and collaboration with internal and external project and construction teams nationwide across multiple districts. This position primarily focuses on the power sector, supporting Simple Cycle/Combined Cycle and Solar projects.

District Overview

Kiewit Supply Network specializes in providing comprehensive procurement services to clients across various markets, including transportation, water/wastewater, power, oil, gas, chemical, building, and mining. Our goal is to ensure equipment, materials, and services are estimated and procured at the right price, delivered on schedule, and meet client specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Promote a safety-first culture.
  • Support tooling requests for multiple projects.
  • Track inventory using rental software.
  • Assist in project mobilization/demobilization.
  • Train project teams on rental software.
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for yard operations.
  • Generate inventory and cost reports.
  • Update project teams on equipment status.
  • Travel to jobsites for onsite support and training.
  • Develop vendor relationships to ensure timely sourcing and delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial construction.
  • Ability to track equipment, materials, and trends.
  • Proficiency in reporting and software like Power BI.
  • Understanding of procurement and vendor management.
  • Ability to navigate active jobsite environments.
