Position Overview
Under general supervision, performs Project Support job functions as assigned by management. Typical job responsibilities assist and support management in ensuring that all site Project Support activities are conducted in a manner that is safe, cost effective, and fully compliant with site procedures and all contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements. The specific work assignment may include duties or activities that assist and support management in one or more functional areas, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Functional:
- Performs assigned job duties supporting specific Project Support projects, operational processes, administrative functions, business services, or related work areas.
- Assists administratively with total fiscal and administrative functions of a project, including office services, contract administration, procurement, warehousing, accounting, timekeeping, payroll, and document control.
- Assists with the coordination and scheduling of work activity for assigned craft personnel within project execution efforts as needed.
- Assists with monitoring project activities to ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards while achieving work efficiency.
- Assists with the administration of contracts in accordance with approved policies and procedures for the maximum benefit of the project and client.
- Supports business development, project reporting, and operational readiness activities as needed.
- Provides technical, administrative, and functional support to the broader Project Support team.
- Performs duties general, routine, to moderately complex in nature requiring sound administrative and project support judgment.
- Maintains knowledge of and demonstrates ability to perform work safely in accordance with all approved safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations and performs assigned duties in a safe manner.
- Actively participates in Safety Work Groups and site safety culture initiatives.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) credential
