Responsibilities

• Supports full life cycle project management with emphasis on cost, schedule and performance.
• Coordinates project processes from requirements through delivery.
• Manages budget execution at the task level and tracks funding.
• Oversees funding flow, commitments, obligations and expenditures and validates transactions in Navy ERP.
• Analyzes financial execution data to identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Prepares cost-related insights and variance reporting.
