Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Project Supervisor to lead teams on inspection, sorting, containment and rework projects. You will develop detailed work instructions, train Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors, and maintain strong customer relationships on every project.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Excel and SAP. You will travel up to 75% as needed and coordinate with Operations and Recruiting to meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors on SQ and client procedures relevant to the project.
• Create work instructions and confirm team conformance to job setup and communicate criteria to Customer Service/Training.
• Maintain and manage customer relationships throughout each project.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned locations to Marketing/Sales.
• Coordinate job specifications with Operations and Recruiting teams; address non-conformances with appropriate departments.
