Job summary

Team Quality Services is seeking an Inspector/Supervisor to coordinate and supervise inspection projects across multiple customer locations. You will travel daily to client sites to perform inspections and lead assigned teams under the direction of the Inspection Services department.

The role demands strong quality control expertise, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication with cross-functional teams to meet customer quality objectives and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in quality inspection or supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inspection projects and coordinate assigned employees under guidance of Inspection Services.
• Travel daily to customer plant locations within assigned regions to perform inspections and supervision.
• Set up project processes to minimize risk of containment failure and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with the manager to schedule inspection teams and optimize manpower utilization.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and service location staff on quality-related challenges and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements, root cause analyses, and corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.
