Job summary

Team Quality Services is seeking a dedicated Inspection Services Supervisor to coordinate and supervise inspection projects and assigned personnel across customer locations. The role requires daily travel to client plants to perform inspections and lead teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean tools. A high school diploma or GED and driving authority are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of quality analysis methods and tools.
• Prior experience in inspection or manufacturing quality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise inspection projects and staff at customer locations.
• Travel daily to customer plant sites within assigned regions.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality performance objectives.
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce defects and costs.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and service staff on quality issues.
