Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving and ensuring products meet quality standards.

The successful candidate will train and coach team members, develop work instructions, supervise project setup, and maintain strong customer relationships. Local travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
