Miners Underground is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinating day-to-day field operations out of Harmony, MN, and serving as the primary contact between the client and Miners Underground.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the VP of Ops and requires leading field crews, ensuring on-time delivery, and upholding safety standards. Travel is occasional, with competitive compensation and benefits.

PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Job description: Project Supervisor oversees projects from kick-off to closeout, running day-to-day field operations, operating as a primary point of contact between the Client and Miners Underground, and issuing Work Orders to Foremen. This position is based out of Harmony, MN. The Project Supervisor ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, on-time, and within budget while upholding the company's mission to transform lives and glorify God through our work!

What Skills Do I Need To Do This Job Extraordinarily Well?

Skills required:

• 10-15 years' experience in managing industry-related projects
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail — highly organized with multiple contracts and Work Orders at one time, scheduling in-house crews and subcontractors daily
• Must be able to create and maintain day-to-day processes involving production reporting, creating and ensuring schedules, and daily operations — tracking daily progress of field crews for billing and scheduling
• Ensures projects are executed on time while meeting customer expectations
• The ability to manage crews with safety as the top priority
• Must be able to build the teams according to the work needs and demands by working with the Operations Manager and HR Departments
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders daily
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; maintains a high level of professionalism when representing Miners Underground to clients
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
• Demonstrates an "attack the problem" mindset with proactive problem-solving
• Motivated to make a meaningful impact on the team, company, and community

Key Relationships:

Reports to: VP of Ops.

Works closely with: VP of Ops, Ops Coordinator, Office Manager, and Field Foreman.

Direct Reports: Foreman

Pay Structure:

• Base Salary: $85,000

This is a Full Time Exempt position. For purposes of federal and applicable state wage and hour laws, this position is classified as Exempt and not eligible for overtime.

Work Environment

• 5 days per week in the field and/or office
• Travel is not typical, however some travel is necessary to trade shows, conferences, and potential projects
• Occasional emergency repair calls as needed
