Job summary

Miners Underground invites a Project Supervisor to lead field operations from kickoff to closeout. You will act as the primary contact between the client and Miners Underground, issuing Work Orders to foremen and driving schedules, progress, and safety on site.

Based in Harmony, MN, this full-time exempt role focuses on on-time, on-budget completion while upholding our mission to transform lives and glorify God through our work. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience managing industry-related projects.
• Highly organized with multiple contracts and Work Orders.
• Ability to create and maintain daily processes and schedules.
• Proven track record delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong safety focus in field operations.
• Ability to build teams with Operations and HR.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with clients.
• Self-starter with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from kick-off to closeout.
• Direct day-to-day field operations.
• Serve as primary contact between Client and Miners Underground.
• Issue Work Orders to Foremen.
• Manage schedules and progress tracking for billing.
• Ensure safety, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with VP of Ops, Office Manager, and Foremen.
