Job summary

Miners Underground is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinating day-to-day field operations out of Harmony, MN, and serving as the primary contact between the client and Miners Underground.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the VP of Ops and requires leading field crews, ensuring on-time delivery, and upholding safety standards. Travel is occasional, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in managing industry-related projects.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and Work Orders daily.
• Create and maintain day-to-day processes involving production reporting, schedules, and daily operations.
• Ensures projects are executed on time while meeting customer expectations.
• Ability to manage crews with safety as top priority.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and HR Departments to build teams.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders daily.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional representation of Miners Underground.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving."

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from kick-off to closeout.
• Serve as primary contact between Client and Miners Underground.
• Issue Work Orders to Foremen.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders daily.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors.
• Maintain professional representation of Miners Underground to clients.
