Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. seeks a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project in the greater Kingsport area. You will manage 30–40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors, ensuring projects stay on design, budget, and schedule.

Applicants should have 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. TDOT experience is a plus but not required. Relocation assistance is available as a lump-sum payment.

Job description

Heavy civil construction company needs a Project Superintendent to lead a major civil project in the greater Kingsport area.

The Project Superintendent will lead 30-40 employees working on grading and utility projects. Will also coordinate 15+ subcontractors. The Superintendent will ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule. Projects range from $5M to $90M.

Must have 5+ years Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. Ideal candidate will have experience working with TDOT, but this not required.

Strong salary and benefits package will be offered. There is no travel involved with this job.
