Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Project Superintendent for a major heavy civil project in the greater Kingsport area.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction, with preference for TDOT exposure. You will lead 30-40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design. Relocation assistance is available; there is no travel involved.

Job description

Heavy civil construction company needs a Project Superintendent to lead a major civil project in the greater Kingsport area.

The Project Superintendent will lead 30-40 employees working on grading and utility projects. Will also coordinate 15+ subcontractors. The Superintendent will ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule. Projects range from $5M to $90M.

Must have 5+ years Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. Ideal candidate will have experience working with TDOT, but this not required.

Strong salary and benefits package will be offered. There is no travel involved with this job.
