Clear Concepts, Inc. in the greater Kingsport area seeks a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project. You will direct 30–40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15 subcontractors to deliver on design, budget and schedule.

This on-site role requires 5 years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction, with TDOT experience ideal but not required. A strong salary and benefits package is offered, with relocation assistance available as a lump sum.

Job description

Heavy civil construction company needs a Project Superintendent to lead a major civil project in the greater Kingsport area.
The Project Superintendent will lead 30-40 employees working ongrading and utility projects. Will also coordinate 15 subcontractors. The Superintendent will ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule. Projects range from $5M to $90M.
Must have 5 years Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. Ideal candidate will have experience working withTDOT, but this not required.
Strong salary and benefits package will be offered. There is no travel involved with this job.
