Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project in the greater Kingsport area.

You will supervise 30–40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors to keep the project on design, budget, and schedule. There is no travel involved, relocation assistance is available as a lump sum. A strong salary and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction.
• Ideal candidate has TDOT project experience; not required.
• Strong leadership and coordinating large teams and multiple subcontractors.

Job description

Heavy civil construction company needs a Project Superintendent to lead a major civil project in the greater Kingsport area.

The Project Superintendent will lead 30-40 employees working on grading and utility projects. Will also coordinate 15+ subcontractors. The Superintendent will ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule. Projects range from $5M to $90M.

Must have 5+ years Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. Ideal candidate will have experience working with TDOT, but this not required.

Strong salary and benefits package will be offered. There is no travel involved with this job.
