Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Project Superintendent to lead a major civil project in the greater Kingsport area. You will oversee 30-40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors to keep scope on schedule and within budget. Candidates should have 5+ years of heavy civil superintendent experience.

TDOT experience is preferred but not required. This on-site role offers a strong salary and benefits package, with relocation assistance provided as a lump-sum

Job description

Heavy civil construction company needs a Project Superintendent to lead a major civil project in the greater Kingsport area.

The Project Superintendent will lead 30-40 employees working on grading and utility projects. Will also coordinate 15+ subcontractors. The Superintendent will ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule. Projects range from $5M to $90M.

Must have 5+ years Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. Ideal candidate will have experience working with TDOT, but this not required.

Strong salary and benefits package will be offered. There is no travel involved with this job.
