Job summary

Midwest Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent / Project Manager to lead residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish.

You will oversee daily jobsite operations, manage schedules and crews, coordinate materials and inspections, and ensure quality and safety across all phases. Ideal candidates bring proven construction management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read plans and specifications.
