The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction supervision, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read plans and estimates. This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to safety and timely project

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from start to completion. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing job sites, crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and overall project quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and job-site operations.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
