Job summary

The Christman Company is seeking a Project Superintendent for our Dallas, Texas region. You will review design documents for constructability and plan site logistics while establishing safety and quality expectations on the project.

You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate with trade contractors, manage submittals, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery within budget and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role as a Foreman or Superintendent.
• Successful completion of classes or training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Review documents for constructability, phasing options, site logistics and field issues.
• Establish site safety, quality, milestones, and general conduct expectations.
• Create a site-specific safety program addressing hazards and work methods.
• Coordinate pre-installation meetings and timely trade coordination.
• Oversee scheduling, submittals, and progress reporting to align with project plan.
